Windmill Green

Overview

The recently completed Windmill Green, boasts 710,000 sq ft of Grade A flexible office space over 7 floors. The building is located next to the area of Spinningfields which has several new major developments in progress. Although on the boundary with Salford, it is in Manchester City Council’s planning area. Transport services are also overseen by Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM), which is currently funding cycle improvements including new infrastructure and projects such as bike hire and supporting cycling to work. Windmill Green’s location makes transport links in and out of Manchester direct and easily accessible, with all major train station a 5 to 10-minute bike ride away. Occupants choosing to cycle to work will have access to 40 secure bike parking spaces, 32 lockers, drying facilities and luxurious shower/changing facilities.
