The Economist newspaper is soon to leave Smithson Tower and there is a major refurbishment planned but not yet scheduled. The site is a complex structure with the tower and the bank, as well as residential properties, a restaurant, and one retail outlet. This assessment is for the office areas only. The refurbishment is likely to remove all parking from the basement and provide showers and cycle facilities. This score is for the current facilities, as plans for the refurbishment were not available at the time of this assessment.
