The Crane Building

Overview

The Crane Building is on the junction of Lavington St. and Ewer St. and was refurbished in 2013/14 when it was acquired by Dorrington. It is located in the heart of Bankside – a very vibrant area reaching a peak of redevelopment. The building has a high occupancy for its floorspace which has created a variance in cycle parking targets. It is also in the heart of London’s new found cycling culture with several new routes running close and a mass of cycle parking and bike hire on its doorstep. The refurbishment has create a cool and chic space with a good sense of place.
