Overview

Cubex plans a mixed-use scheme for the site that, will incorporate a 100,000 sq. ft. Grade A office building, together with over 300 homes likely to be for rent rather than sale and including affordable housing. The Cycling Score Design Lab designed the cycling facilities to ensure the building will have one of Bristol’s best health and wellbeing facilities of any mixed use developement in the region. A solid badge to wear and one which will prove to future proof the commercial success of the building’s ability to attract new tenants and residents.
