Overview

The building was originally leased in 1678 and constructed as a townhouse with the rest of Soho Square soon after. In 1838 it became the headquarters of Crosse and Blackwell and this change of use was accompanied by a major rebuilding programme. It is now owned by Maplestone Ltd, and currently in a rebuild. Cycling is at the heart of the rebuid and this is demonstrated by the fact it has achieved a platinum rating.
