20 North Audley Street is a refurbished building that was constructed as the St Petersburg Hotel in 1908. It has 5 floors of office accommodation as well as ground floor retail units (the retail area is not part of the assessment). In late 2017 a new cycling facilities were installed. These included a new secure bike store, changing rooms and drying room. These facilities and the overall commitment to cycling has lead to the building achieving a Platinum rating.
