Overview

The Guersant building is comprised of 9 floors over 63,453sq ft. The building has been fully refurbished and become Perial’s headquarters located in the heart of Paris. Paris is currently expected to see the number of active commuters substantially increase with more cycle networks being introduced throughout the city. The refurbishment included ‘end of trip facilities. Occupants have access to 25 secure cycle parking spaces, bike repair station, 16 lockers, gender-specific shower/changing facilities centrally provided pool bikes and a whole host of occupier engagement services.
